"This recipe adds the flavors of orange, lime, and pineapple to the traditional guacamole. Combined with fresh cilantro, salt, and a hint of cumin, this is a dip you won't forget! Great with tortilla chips, pita bread, or add to your favorite veggie wrap!"
Ingredients -
2 Avocados (peeled, pitted, and mashed)
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Orange Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Pineapple Juice
1/4 Teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
Sea Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce to taste
Preparation:
1. In a large bow stir together the avocados, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, cumin, cilantro and salt.
2. Mix in hot pepper.
3. Refrigerate one hour minimum.
4. Serve immediately.

Guacamole Refrigeration
Refrigeration of guacamole, until you are ready to serve is critical. Place one of the avocado pits into the bowl to help keep it fresh.
